All of your personal cycle data is stored locally on your device. We use industry-standard encryption to protect your data both at rest and in transit.
If you choose to enable cloud backup (optional), your data is encrypted before it leaves your device. We cannot read your data even if we wanted to — only you have the decryption key.
How We Use Your Information
We use your data solely to:
- Provide cycle predictions and fertility window estimates
- Generate personalized insights and recommendations
- Display moon phase correlations with your cycle
- Send you optional notifications about upcoming periods
- Provide horoscope readings (if enabled)
What We Never Do

We never share your data with advertisers.
We never use your data for targeted advertising.
We never provide your data to data brokers.
We never share your data with insurance companies or employers.
Third-Party Services
FlowTrack uses minimal third-party services:
- Apple App Store / Google Play Store: For app distribution and subscription management. These platforms have their own privacy policies.
- Moon phase data: We use astronomical calculations that do not require sending any of your personal data to external servers.
We do not use any analytics services that track your behavior within the app.
Data Export and Deletion
You have complete control over your data:
- Export: You can export all of your data at any time via email or SMS directly from the app.
- Delete: You can delete all of your data from within the app. Deletion is immediate and permanent.
If you uninstall FlowTrack, all locally stored data is automatically removed from your device.
Children's Privacy
FlowTrack is designed for users who menstruate. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes through the app or via email if you've provided one. Your continued use of FlowTrack after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
