Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using TimeAudit ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
TimeAudit is operated by Gatto Have It! ("we," "our," or "us").
Description of Service
TimeAudit is a personal time tracking application that helps users log their daily activities, monitor time usage, analyze productivity patterns, and build tracking habits. The App provides activity logging, sleep tracking, analytics, streak tracking, and data export features.
Personal Use Only: TimeAudit is designed for individual, personal use. It is not intended for employer-mandated time tracking, workplace surveillance, or monitoring of others.
Subscription and Pricing
Free Trial: New users receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all features.
Subscription: After the trial period, continued use requires a subscription of $9.99 per month.
Billing: Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on your device. Payment will be charged to your account at confirmation of purchase.
Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
User Responsibilities
By using TimeAudit, you agree to:
- Use the App only for personal time tracking purposes
- Not use the App to track or monitor other people without their consent
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the App
- Not use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Keep your device and any backup credentials secure
- Not misrepresent data exported from the App
Accuracy of Data
TimeAudit relies on data you manually enter. We do not automatically track your activities, location, or device usage. The accuracy of your time tracking data, analytics, and insights depends entirely on the accuracy of your entries.
We make no guarantees about the accuracy of analytics calculations, streak counts, or any derived statistics. These are provided for informational purposes only.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of TimeAudit — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — are the exclusive property of Gatto Have It! and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without our prior written consent.
Data and Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
You retain ownership of all personal data you enter into the App. You may export or delete your data at any time.
Data Export
TimeAudit allows you to export your time tracking data as CSV files. You are responsible for:
- The security of exported data files
- How you use or share exported data
- Compliance with any applicable laws regarding data you export
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gatto Have It! shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of data or information
- Lost productivity or business opportunities
- Employment decisions made based on App data
- Inaccurate analytics or statistics
- Interruption of service or App unavailability
- Loss of tracking streaks
Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Disclaimer of Warranties
TimeAudit is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
- The App will meet your specific requirements
- The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
- Analytics or calculations will be accurate
- Any errors in the App will be corrected
- Data will never be lost
Changes to the App and Terms
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.
Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
